FlowCraft Review Wall
Show your customers' reviews with an average that's always worked out from every review, low ones included. Filter by stars or service, read owner replies, and turn interest into a quote request. It runs the same app.js that comes with the paid component.
Sample reviews. Every review here is made up for this demo, with obviously fictional names and cartoon avatars, and is marked "Sample review". They are not real customers of any business. Nothing you enter here is saved or sent.
Try it
- Filter by stars or service. Try 2★ to see how an owner reply answers a low review.
- Watch the average. It stays at the true figure for all reviews, whatever you filter.
- Read more, show more. Long reviews open in place, and more cards load six at a time.

Reviews people can believe
Your reviews sit in index.html as a simple JSON list, and all the logic lives in app.js, commented so a junior developer can follow it.
- An honest averageThe score, "Based on N reviews" and the star breakdown are worked out from every review in the list. Filters change what's shown, never the numbers.
- Answer, don't hideLow reviews stay in. Add a public reply and it appears under the review as "Response from the owner".
- CheckableGive a review its
sourceUrland visitors can open the original on Google or wherever it was posted.
The rules matter: the US FTC's 2024 rule on reviews bans fake or bought reviews and hiding negative ones, and other countries have similar laws. The README explains this in plain English. The wall shows the reviews you paste in; it doesn't pull them live from Google, which would need an API key and a server.
